As an elementary school teacher for the last eight years I have been given the opportunity to work with students of different sociology-economic backgrounds and educational needs providing them all with the best quality of education. I have been a grade leader for my fourth grade team for the last two years, about to embark on my third year in this role. With this leadership role I am able to plan and lead team meetings, communicate with others on our behalf, present information and facilitate discussion on topics with a range of personalities and experience.
