- Provide the highest level of customer service to external customers, corporate partners and internal employees- Responsible for contractor payroll process; including collection, verification and processing of approximately 250 timecards utilizing Aerotek Time & Expense and Vendor Management Systems - Responsible for data entry, validation of data and data integrity for all information entered into PeopleSoft; including the timely entry of starts and finishes, tax information and direct deposit forms- Manage the Worker’s Compensation Program including filing claims and finding alternate light duty locations- Complete pre-employment paperwork and orientations with all contractors prior to starting

- Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools- Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate- Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements- Manage contract employees while on assignment. Assess and investigate contractor-related problems, and administer performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary- Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients’ staffing requirements- Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads

-Manage multiple social media accounts to keep active members, alumnae, and additional followers up to date on house activities-Create and implement marketing plan for the 2015 year-Manage communication between our chapter and Alpha Chi Omega Headquarters on matters including membership status and academic information-Oversee PR and Marketing committee made up of 4 different positions

-Compose press releases, news articles, and various other necessary writings to be published for current and future customers-Hold the position of Editor-in-Charge which allows me to have the final review of all publications before the are released-Manage social media postings for followers to stay up to date on the latest company news-Coordinate logistics of tradeshow attendance with the purpose of bringing in new customers
