Completed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and conducted Phase II ESA environmental sampling and monitoring activities, in accordance with ASTM standards for agricultural, brownfields, commercial, federal, healthcare, hospitality, housing (HUD), industrial, office, residential, retail/wholesale, and Voluntary Action Program (VAP) project sites in various states including: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. Completed ESAs for portfolio clients throughout the county. Prepared Remedial Action Plans (RAP), Ohio EPA Voluntary Action program (VAP) reports, and brownfield revitalization grants including the Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) for the City of Toledo and various clients throughout Northwest Ohio.Prepared Hazardous and Toxic Real Estate Survey/Environmental Condition of Property Reports for the Navy Operational Support Center and Navy Air Reserve Center at the Rickenbacker International Airport in Columbus, Ohio, for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command-- Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia. Prepared Phase I ESA reports for VA Hospitals in Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin for the U.S. Veterans Administration.Prepared Phase I ESA reports for various properties for the Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority including United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements. Conducted Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) environmental screenings at various location throughout Northwest Ohio.Created and implemented new techniques for improving project and job efficiency including: a historical data library for easy use and access to project information; updating and streamlining field procedures; comprehensive and condensed field note sheets; Phase I ESA training materials; federal government project report templates; and report and figure templates.

•Primarily worked on ASTM compliant Phase I ESA and VAP compliant Phase I Property Assessments for a variety of clients throughout the state of Ohio.•Conducted numerous environmental assessments involving property transfers and refinancing for commercial and industrial sites including multi-faceted assessments of sites in order to develop the environmental history of a property and to satisfy the requirements of conducting “due diligence” under CERCLA. •Assisted municipal clients prepare and submit applications for over $2 million in brownfield grants from the State of Ohio (i.e. Clean Ohio Assistance and Revitalization funding). •Compiled grant funding applications [including: Jobs Ohio, Clean Ohio Assistance and Revitalization funding (CORF), and Clean Ohio Assistance Fund (COAF)] for projects within several Ohio counties including: Cuyahoga, Franklin, Geauga, Hocking, Logan, Mahoning, Medina, Miami, Muskingum, Portage, Richland, Scioto, Stark, Summit, and Trumbull.•Assisted with Phase II ESA assessment activities including: logging soil and rock samples, soil delineation sampling, drilling and installation of ground water monitoring wells, ground water sampling, and surface water sampling.

•Assisted a team of researchers conduct water sampling and perform analysis to assess the impact of human activity and of concentrated animal feeding operation (CAFO) manure application on water quality in the Portage River Watershed.
