Responsibilities- Provide educational and informative tours of the historic United States Capitol building to groups of various sizes, interests, and needs- Sere as one of the primary points of contact for the visitors that arrive at the Capitol Visitor Center on a daily basis- Provide exemplary customer service by welcoming and proactively engaging with visitors, responding to requests, and providing information about a variety of topics- Aid with special events as needed Accomplishments"A colleague would like to give a shout-out to Megan Soe for her World Class Customer Service. While posted in the Rotunda, Megan noticed a group of visitors departing early from their group. Megan was able to politely direct them towards the exit. Taking note that these visitors were from France, Megan was able to fluently communicate with them in French on how they could properly exit. She was even able to help answer some of their other questions regarding their visit to the U.S. Capitol and Washington, D.C. Merci, Megan!"
