▪ Oversee the daily operations of the Family Services Department (Community Habilitation and Respite Program), including administrative and clinical needs.▪ Hire and terminate staff for the Family Services Department. ▪ Manage the utilization of units funded through Medicaid and Family Support Grants.▪ Facilitate QSAC’s Self Advocacy Group- serving 35 highly independent individuals with Autism.▪ Supervise a Day Hab Without Walls 1:1 Community Based Program for individuals who had difficulty functioning in the typical day habilitation setting. ▪ Maintain educated on all OPWDD Policies, Procedures, Regulations and memorandums to ensure all OPWDD and Medicaid guidelines are followed and all programs remain in compliance with the protocols set forth.
