As Megan’s direct supervisor and program preceptor, I witnessed her extraordinary drive, outstanding work ethic, and superior talent for accomplishing goals beyond normal expectations. For example, I tasked Megan to assist with data analyses for our unit’s Quarterly Marketing Report. She analyzed the quarterly data and transformed that data into a fantastic visual infographic that exceeded the specific request of the task. I was merely looking for a simple Excel graph or two, but she created a visually appealing and accurate representation of the data that even our unit’s Group Vice President loved. Megan’s professional accomplishments are rivaled only by her strengths. Her bubbly personality, enthusiasm to learn new things, and her values are beyond her years. She is well-loved by her peers, in addition to those who have had the pleasure of interacting with her. When confronted with a challenging situation, Megan displayed quick action to receive clarity and further direction to ensure she is equipped to perform the task accurately and timely.
