Megan Sweeney Email and Phone Number

Megan Sweeney currently heads the Commercial Academy at AVEVA, the hub for all learning and training for AVEVA's commercial organization. Previously, she led a team of instructional designers to provide best in class technical enablement for Presales and Partners to influence strategy, enhance sales opportunities, and accelerate deal closures. This included collaborating with technical experts to deliver technical training content, outlining onboarding processes, and planning training events to develop deep knowledge of AVEVA's portfolio within the presales community. Prior to moving into enablement, Megan was a Talent Development Program Manager at OSIsoft within the HR Talent Development team. Megan supported the organization with onboarding, course creation and facilitation, as well as managed the Clifton Strengths Program at OSIsoft. Megan holds a Master Trainer certification from ATD, Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup, and coaching certifications for the CDR assessment. Megan taught in the classroom for 8 years. She holds a Clear Education Specialist credential for mild to moderate disabilities. From 2008-2017, Megan taught middle school science in a school serving students with language based learning disabilities. Along with teaching, Megan has over 13 years of summer camp experience. Her roles have included counselor, program director, and assistant director/leadership coach. Megan is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and specializes on coaching individuals to understand their Clifton Strengths Finder Report findings, and how to develop the talent they innately have.
