Assisted as a part of the Azure Edge + Platform Observability Team in Dublin, specifically related to the Metrics team. Exposed to C++ and metric analysis, as well as exposure to various other teams within Microsoft.

My role in Vodafone Ireland consisted of helping with the planning and organization of a major IT project within the Billing & Rating systems. I worked with excel, as well as attending high level architecture meetings. As well as this, utilised my free time by participating in Vodafone University courses and lessons.

My role in Bank of Ireland was as a member of the Customer Service Representatives team. We provided support to onboarding customers to the new mobile app, as well as assisting customers with getting their account online if it wasn't already. In addition to this, I provided support for other queries customers might have and ensured that they were brought to the appropriate representative for assistance. As part of my role I was trained in the Banks IT systems, and received up to date training on cybersecurity, including phishing, data protection and scam alerts.

As a Customer Service Representative and Cashier in Power City, I assisted with a wide variety of tasks within the shop. This included providing excellent customer service, ensuring the tills were counted and sufficiently stocked, and merchandising. A large part of my role involved handling returns and repairs on the behalf of customers, granting me skills with IT and POS systems, as well as the ability to diffuse tense situations. Throughout my time in the store I became very proficient with cash handling and organisational skills, ensuring that all repairs and returns were handled fairly and in a timely manner.
