CurrentSetup the folder layouts within multiple (5+) jobs and gave access to correct employees.Uploaded various drawing sets (arches, plumbing, mechanical, lighting, civil, landscape, etc.) to correct folders.Created hyperlinks within drawing sets and broke down into individual files to slip sheet the new drawings to supersede old drawings.Manually or batch overlaid plumbing and mechanical drawings for project managers.Made combine sets to keep the hyperlinks and drawings up-to-date for larger jobs. Matched revision narratives to drawings to ensure there weren’t discrepancies, if so I informed project managers. Printed drawing sets for project managers. Handled putting in time/timesheets for the men out in the field.Occasionally would breakdown material lists and input it into an excel sheet so project managers knew how much materials needed to be ordered.
