Each day I managed a team of about 12 people. My job was making sure that the team got the targets up on time in a uniform manner, they had the correct resources, were efficient in pulling up and down the target and that they stayed motivated throughout the 10-11 hour shifts. This job taught me about leadership and the importance of an atmosphere of friendly camaraderie when getting a team to work towards a common purpose.

Through Durham's Society of Aerial Arts I teach Aerial hoop to beginners.
