The Recruiter sources, screens, hires, and retains qualified healthcare professionals to meet the office’s business needs. The Recruiter develops relationships with clients, patients and referral sources to determine open needs, successful placements, and identifies additional business opportunities.Recruiters build a network of qualified candidates, evaluating skills in relation to the position requirements, negotiating compensation, overseeing the completion of onboarding requirements, and managing active caregivers.

Maintains confidentiality of client, patient, caregiver and, team member information and recordsMeets and maintains HIPAA regulations in regards to Protected Health InformationIn collaboration with the Field Support Specialist:Demonstrates professional interactions with all candidates, caregivers, team members, clients and customers with a positive attitude and approachGreets and provides excellent customer service to all visitorsAssists candidates through the application, hiring, and onboarding processAssists with the billing/payroll/medical records processAssists with various office administrative functions, including ordering office supplies, answering telephone inquiries, photocopying, and monitoring incoming/outgoing facsimiles• Responsible for conducting background checks for potential new internal and external employees.• Conduct medical license checks for all Nurses and Doctors that consult for Maxim.• Process patient’s Medicaid eligibility and other forms of insurance prior to billing.• Responsible for compiling personnel files of internal and external employees as well as filing.• Process requests for potential engagements with new doctors.• Responsible for presenting HR and Payroll PowerPoints during New Hire orientations of employees. • Responsible for assisting with weekly payroll operations.• Responsible for following up and receiving, in a timely manner, physician orders and plans of care for patients.

Supports departmental operations by providing effective and timely communications, maintaining a clean, safe, orderly work environment, maintaining data and related records, performing clerical and other support services as directed, and providing assistance in select and limited clinical activities. Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.
