I have recently broadened my experience within customer services through my time at Contact Web LTD. This has contributed to my communication and interpersonal skills. I believe I have a great telephone manner when managing customer queries. I have experience in complaints handling & fraud enquires, as well as having worked on multiple financial campaigns including: car finance, student loans, payday loans & credit cards. Equally, I am also able to converse extremely well via emails. I believe I am a fast learner & worker, and work well towards deadlines within my role. My previous role at Contact Web & Tieta, allowed me to communicate with a variety of people daily, this I thoroughly enjoyed.
