I am also responsible for employee on-boarding/orientation, the Internship Program, event planning, management of all job descriptions, and other adhoc projects as needed. This role is also responsible for acting as backup support for the Payroll and Benefits Administrator.

Responsible for onboarding all interim leadership candidates to B. E. Smith and to client sites. Act as point of contact to HR professionals at client site. Discuss/assist candidates with any questions related to employment contracts/agreement. Ensure all documents are saved appropriately and create HR file.B.E. Responsible for coordinating client/candidate interviews and ensuring placement process is fluid and consistent. Managaing VP's calendar's and ensuring proper follow up procedures are in place.
