When working with a population such as cancer survivors or caregivers that may have lost loved ones in the past, it takes a certain kind of individual to have the heart and emotional fortitude to build up the confidence and trust in the population to make them believe they can change the world. Megan has proven she can achieve these results time and time again. She also proves that even while working directly with major hospital systems, high level donors, or board executive teams that she never undervalues the experiences that our survivors go through. She takes those experiences to the meetings with her as she works to progress the mission to eradicate cancer. Megan has consistently proven she can overcome difficulties and challenges in one area, while moving mountains in others. No matter the task, Megan has proven that she is up for the challenge be it individually or working on a team. Megan is fantastic at building others up, not only survivors but her team and colleagues as well. Her leadership qualities construct a "win together" atmosphere and she can foresee a future where we win the fight against cancer.
