After securing a place at Reading University, I have decided to follow an alternative path to employment. I am now seeking an HR apprenticeship. I have been working part time for several years around my studies and love adding value to a workforce and learning on the job.I am a team player and a self starter, with a natural ability to communicate clearly, resolve conflict and add value to teams and tasks. My first job as a coach and mentor for 3 years at my local gymnastics club was very rewarding, and I enjoyed building the students confidence and skillset. The HR industry offers multiple career options exploring people and culture, workplace diversity, rewards and benefits, employment law, and a pathway to CIPD qualifactions to progress and develop myself personally and within my career. I would appreciate any opportunity to discuss apprenticeships or intern opportunities and am open to placements immediately.
