I handle administrative and civil employment matters before state and federal courts and government agencies. I represent employers in a variety of matters including harassment and discrimination litigation, wage and hour class actions, PAGA cases, and family and medical leave law. I serve as co-chair of our firm's Leave and Accommodations practice group. I also assist employers in developing workplace policies and procedures, and regularly advise employers regarding day to day employment issues and ways to avoid employment claims and litigation.
