As my work diversified and I began to absorb extra work from the IFA’s, I realised that Paraplanning would be the next step for me and I am wanting to continue this training to help support an opportunity of progression.

I am an experienced sales assistant in the retail sector who enjoys helping customers understand the benefits of the products they are looking for. I am a target-oriented individual who loves the challenge of ensuring every customer gets what they are looking for. Working for a High Street Business I must be aware of their policies and procedures and ensure that I always work within them.

The role was to meet sales targets, up sell products and approach customers throughout the store and invite them to the counter. At this point I could advise them about the brand and which items suited them best as I applied different make-up looks, I found by listening to what the client had to say made me more successful in achieving my daily target.
