Set up banquet room for special and formal events. This includes setting tables, silverware, goblets, plates, decorations and centers. Take care of and assist patrons during the event, refill drinks, centers, and take away dirty dishes, to kitchen scrapers. These events include formal banquets, weddings, parties, commencement parties, retirement celebrations, and class reunions. After the event, tear down the room by clearing tables, cleaning waitress station, sweeping and helping kitchen staff.
