Megan is the owner-operator of Toasted, a popular fast-casual restaurant chain in Orlando Florida. Megan has deep roots in the hospitality business. She spent much of her youth endeared to her father and his passion for the restaurant business. After watching him successfully launch and franchise his own popular BBQ chain, she was hooked. So after graduating NYU (and a brief stint in the fashion industry), Megan opened Toasted. Toasted is known for its fun grilled cheese sandwiches, burgers and more. And by ‘more’ we mean glow-in-the-dark grilled cheese sandwiches(!). Her penchant for cheese landed her a regional consulting position with Cabot in 2021. With Cabot, Megan helps create cheese inspired dishes for national events.
