Worked as a tutor through UGA's Academic Division of Enhancement holding multiple tutoring appointments, both individual appointments and group tutoring sessions, helping college students with coursework in chemistry, biology, calculus, and genetics

Worked on a research project regarding GPCR’s and a newly discovered atypical p38 pathway that the other lab members and myself manipulated in an effort to find new pharmaceutical therapies for lung inflammation, headed numerous qPCR experiments, designed RNA primers, ran Western blots and gel electrophoresis, took project lead on RNA sequencing for a mutant cell line, and contributed data for numerous grant proposals, met weekly for journal clubs which entailed reading and presenting a new and relevant piece of scientific literature related to the research in the lab

Led a group of children aged 3-5 in using a hands-on approach to learning about the world around them, facilitated classroom activities and field trips to fulfill curriculum set forth by lead teachers and directors in the classroom while maintaining a class full of young children, worked individually with children, parents, and families to meet the needs of every individual child, including numerous children with disabilities and special needs
