My role at the farm included milking a herd of 45 dairy goats daily and as well as caring to other livestock, including horses, sheep, and chickens. I assisted in the production of feta, ricotta, chèvre, yogurt, kefir, pasteurized milk and raw milk. This required learning how to work with the pasteurizer and perfecting different techniques specific to each product.
