Meeting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and department goals. Researching and placing orders for both customers and eight departments. Staying abreast of local and national trends plus customer demands. Overseeing 6-10 employees as manager on duty and in daily operations. Striving for exemplary customer service, product management, item stocking, handling money, reconciling nightly, store and employee communication, computer work, product labeling, store cleaning, and maintenance duties.

Group facilitation, climbing instructor, high ropes guide, handling money, team building skills, customer service, computer work, product research, general maintenance, and janitorial duties. Overseeing 5-8 employees and various volunteers daily. Education of safety and challenge course work with team building and group facilitation of up to 200 people in one session. Assisted and directed in emergency take downs from the high ropes course, worked with children and adults with special needs to facilitate success, worked on obtaining computer and program upgrades as well as new equipment for staff and customers.

[Seasonal position] Overseeing operations, directing 8-12 employees and over 200 park guests, public relations, planning the facility’s future with cash improvements, handling children’s activities, traffic and animal control, building and general area maintenance, and janitorial. Assembled plans and ideas for future upgrades including new playground equipment, a splash park, upgraded to 50-amp electric lines, relocating the boat launch, additional campsites, and new signage.
