In partnership with the Steering Committee and Allies Leadership Team, responsible for executing Society Pride’s mission: Society Pride exists so that National MS Society staff can bring their whole selves to the MS Movement through education, networking and policy, empowering them to focus on ending MS forever. The mission comes to life through, 1) creating a safer, welcoming space for LGBTQ+ staff, 2) equipping our allies with education and resources they need to understand and practice allyship everyday, and 3) ensuring LGBTQ+ people who are effected by MS see themselves in the Society’s work and mission and can engage as their authentic selves.

• Implement and manage fundraising revenue portfolio of Walk MS sites in Northern Ohio, serving over 3,000 participants and 25 sponsors• Implement campaign operational plan and strategies to retain, grow, and recruit fundraising event participants and sponsors for mass-market events.• Recruit and retain local and multi-market corporate partnerships both cash and in-kind. • Experience in virtual peer-to-peer fundraising, communication, and corporate development

- Advocated for underfunded staff through development of advocacy program- Featured on national podcast casting vision for organizational distinctives and highlighting new fundraising advancements within the organization- Facilitated multiple 15-week curriculum-based groups for staff focused on cultural learning and equity- Provided direct leadership to full-time employees, creating and employing strategy toward their fundraising goals- Recruited, trained, and resourced staff in fund development for intern program

The Lenses Group addressed issues of race, ethnicity, culture, power and privilege with over 1,500 participants across 11 cities in the United States, South Africa, and Canada. - Facilitated online spaces that were still personally experienced while having corporate transformation. -Served on a team of 35+ facilitators across the U.S.

I was responsible for the oversight of 3 locations, leadership development of our volunteers, communicating vision and values, and fundraising for a personal operating budget. - Raised over $1.5 million for personal operating budget. - Cultivated donor relationships in a peer to peer funding model.
