Facilitating creative team initiatives for a variety of international and domestic clients on site. Programs include facilitating high and low ropes courses outdoors, outdoor cooking over fire programs, team cuisine challenge, outdoor GPS Odyssey, team sailing programs on Lake Michigan and various identity and leadership initiatives.

Designing and teaching global studies courses on campus and participating in global studies research, campus panels, and statewide peace and conflict studies work.Emphasis in my classes are always on experiential and transformative learning of the whole student.
