About Megan Prager

I am energized by helping companies scale and enabling people to do their best work. As the first people ops hire for a startup, I've faced the exciting challenge of building the HR and Recruiting function from the ground up. I have extensive experience building and implementing efforts such as: hiring, compensation, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, benefits, policies and procedures and more. No matter the degree of complexity, I'm motivated to roll up my sleeves and solve problems all with a healthy dose of dad jokes.
