Enthusiastic and hard-working professional focused on helping children and families by advocating, educating and providing a personable relationship. I have spent 13 years in the field of early childhood education and development. Currently, I work as a School Counselor in the North Pocono School District. In my position, I have worked to build a comprehensive school counseling program adhering to the American School Counseling Association National Model that benefits all students, faculty and families.Previously, I was the Director of a Preschool building, working with over 90 students ages 3-years through 5 years-old, and managing a staff of 12-15 employees. I was also employed as an early intervention service coordinator for Lackawanna/Susquehanna counties, carrying a caseload averaging 65 infants/toddlers. I received my BS in Social Sciences from Keystone College. From there, I received my MS in PK-12 School Counseling and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I was a member of Chi Delta Rho during my time at the University of Scranton. I am currently receiving supervision towards my licensure for private counseling.
