My job responsibilities include creating and preparing graphics for customization needs for use in stores and on web, designing and developing graphics for electronic media, including, but not limited to, web, display, email and social media, ensuring all aspects of production are completed in a timely fashion, managing electronic files; ensures that all digital files are used in compliance within Lids Sports Group guidelines, collaborating with the Digital Customization team and business partners to establish project timelines and expectations; coordinates support from external partners on an as needed basis, creating visual communication solutions to satisfy project needs through original creation or use of external partners, ensuring quality assurance of all printed material proofs; reviews projects and ensures that they are in compliance with Lids Sports Group guidelines and expectations, ensuring proper usage and distribution of Lids Sports Group trademarks and identity materials, maintaining electronic project records, materials and printed samples, keeping abreast of technology, customer needs and industry related trends, and completing other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management.

My primary responsibilities include being responsible for layout and design process of the Fraternity’s magazine, the Alpha Gamma Delta Quarterly, assists in managing all aspects of the Fraternity’s website, www.alphagammadelta.org, including updating content and images, manages the print process internally and with outside vendors, concepts and creates promotional materials for special events and other communications projects, maintains visual consistency of the Fraternity’s brand throughout all mediums, analyzes digital marketing efforts, identifies opportunities for improvement and measures the effectiveness of site usability, content and online marketing vehicles, stays up to date on advancing technologies and applies new technologies to current projects, serves as staff photographer and videographer, provides A/V assistance for conferences and events as needed, represents Alpha Gamma Delta through active participation in the Fraternity Communications Association, and performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Operate telephones, greet patrons, and provide information about the organization. Enroll individuals to participate in programs (Intramural Sports, Group Fitness, Facility Memberships). About 10-12 phone calls handled per shift. About $200-$300 handled per shift.
