I am a motivated financial professional with a passion for finance and mathematics. Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University, I hold a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance with minors in Mathematics and Spanish. During my first two years at Quinnipiac, I was a member of Skyliners Senior Synchronized Figure Skating Team, ranked 6th in the world, where I had the opportunity to represent Team USA at national and international competitions. While in my junior year at Quinnipiac, I was given the opportunity to participate in the CFA Institute Research Challenge. During this competition, I was able to gain experience in teamwork, analytical, valuation, report writing, and presentation skills. As a senior, I have was given the opportunity to be a Team Leader in the CME Group University Trading Challenge. During this competition I got to experience the environment of real-time trading from multiple asset classes while conducting investment research for portfolio allocation. I gained professional experience through my internship with Graham Capital Management. This role provided me with valuable experience in the finance industry through portfolio management. Currently, I am a Portfolio Valuation Analyst at VRC (Valuation Research Corporation). This role, allows me to expand my knowledge of equity, debt, structured credit, and complex securities through the practice of valuation. Through these experiences, I have gained leadership and communication skills, as well as financial and teamwork skills, all of which can be deemed as assets to future employers.
