Osmo is a play company that blends digital learning with the physical world. Osmo has won several design and innovation awards, including 25 Best Inventions by Time, Best UX by Inc., and Most Innovative Companies in Education by Fast Company. Acquired in 2019 by Byju's.- Grew design team from 2 to 14 people, responsible for management of design team, including hiring, allocation, mentorship, performance, and design quality.- Led all design efforts, spanning product, branding, UX/UI, packaging, paid media, and more. - Partnered closely with Marketing and Product teams on design deliverables from strategy to execution.- Designed numerous experiences across every user touchpoint, including web, apps, print, packaging, and physical product.

- Led design for Kiwi Crate’s physical and digital products, focus on interface and interaction.- Day-to-day management of teams for 2 core product lines - Koala Crate and Doodle Crate. - As an individual contributor, involved with all stages of design and development including usability testing, needfinding, illustration, and front-end development.
