One of my most favored memories in school, is my fifth grade teacher telling my parents, “Megan is one of the most talkative in class, no matter where I move her desk, she communicates with everyone!” In every corner of my life, I have developed this ease of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time. From competing in public speaking for eleven years, to graduating with degrees in both interpersonal communications and leadership, to working in sales management for almost a decade, I’ve learned that effective communication is at the core of any successful leader and business.I have developed a passion for not only mentoring others on how to communicate for themselves, but also teaching them how to communicate effectively. In sales management, I am able to do this, by helping people acknowledge the potential within themselves and not only motivating, but giving them the tools to succeed.
