Responsible for growth and expansion of CAIS Institute's most recent initiative, The Mandarin Center, a user generated website for Chinese educators. Extensive experience in event planning and program management, successful execution a national conference attended by 500 participants, for 3 consecutive years.Marketing/Communications· Development and execution of over-arching marketing strategies for all CAIS Institute initiatives through multiple communication channels, including online marketing, social media, web and print.- Promote social community engagement via Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube- Write a weekly blog on key topics related to Chinese education, positioning CAIS Institute as an industry leader- Create customized content and messaging for two monthly newsletters- Develop content and messaging for two websitesThe Mandarin Center (www.themandarincenter.org)· Oversee website development- Identify key website functionalities and ensure implementation- Gather data and analysis of user experience- Monitor website traffic patterns (Google analytics), SEO, SEM· Online community management- Increase user acquisition and retention through ongoing marketing campaigns- Generate online forum discussions, facilitate community relationshipsEducator Leadership Program (ELP) Management· Manage all aspects of event planning and production to completion for five annual training events, including the Chinese Education Conference for three consecutive years- Administer program budget of $300,000+- Contract negotiations and management of all relationships with external vendors- Recruitment and management of on-site team for each event· Responsible for development and execution ELP marketing strategies; pursue key marketing channels resulting in:- Increase program participation and revenue growth
