For now, most of our work involves helping disabled Americans qualify for government benefits. We also help victims of accidents, misconduct, and violence recover by getting compensation from insurance.

• Cultivate relationships with high school counselors, community college counselors, and prospective students in over 200 WA high schools and over 300 East Coast organizations out of home office • Manage full cycle of recruitment, working with prospective student leads from application submission through matriculation• Serve as a liaison between campus partners and community partners in Western Washington• Collaborate with leadership to identify key regional territories and to develop innovative recruitment strategies• Review and analyze territory data in the effort to achieve personal and institutional goals• Assist in the hiring and on-boarding of new team members

• Planned and executed recruitment travel, visiting up to 6 schools a day• Worked with both transfer and first year student populations in Southern California and Oregon• Maintained daily and timely correspondence with families, students and counselors to build meaningful, rewarding relationships• Managed social media pages to engage students in open conversation and encourage campus involvement

• Assisted CEO & COO with company start-up including implementation of Human Resources procedures within the company as well as staff hiring and training

• Coordinated owner’s affairs for a multi-location designer clothing store including office organization, photo shoots, and providing professional customer service and assistance.
