About Megan Lambert

I am passionate about empowering leaders to have low-stress, high-purpose lives so they can make more impact with less personal strain. I believe that when our leaders are wiser, more thoughtful, and have a broader perspective, then our organizations become better places to work. My purpose is to re-humanize organizations, helping businesses move from mechanical, hierarchical structures to welcoming environments that embrace wholeness, authenticity, and meaning, where people can be themselves and do work that matters. In addition to designing sessions, I also coach teams and individuals, helping them navigate difficult situations in their professional and personal lives. During this coaching, we identify where they want to go, what's holding them back, and how they can create the life or career they want.

As a Coro fellow I consulted for six drastically different organizations -- Code for America, Stifel Investment Bank, Campaign for Female Education, United Educators of San Francisco, and Dalberg Development Advisors.
