BTS helps companies make strategy personal for their leaders. I create experiences for leaders to gain a holistic understanding of the business they work in, and discover, then practice, what great leadership at their company looks like. My goal is to change lives by turning learning about great leadership and business into a fun, powerful, and memorable experience. I believe that if we can create better leaders, we make working together and doing business more enjoyable for everyone. At BTS, I have worked on the following projects:1) Designed a 6-month new manager journey at a top software company that has impacted over 1,000 leaders. These programs will impact over 7,000 leaders over two years. (Consistently receives +90-100 NPS)4) Worked with researcher and leadership guru, Liz Wiseman, to design a leadership simulation based on her book "Multipliers". This program has been taught at over 10 different clients already to rave reviews. 5) Facilitated at "mega-events" with thousands of VPs for Microsoft, EY, TE Connectivity and more (received +100 NPS). 6) Designed a series of interactive virtual modules on leadership skills such as accountability, goal-setting, navigating difficult conversations, and giving feedback. Over 800 leaders have been trained using these modules. 7) Designed a 3-day program to teach directors at a software company innovation and design thinking skills, change management, strategic thinking, and leading as a Multiplier. Researching multilateral and bilateral funding opportunities for international development NGOsIdentifying innovative financial models for nonprofits including social impact bonds, Diaspora bonds, and peer to peer fundraising.

The Coro fellowship is is a full-time, nine month experiential leadership training program that prepares diverse, talented individuals for effective and ethical leadership in the public affairs arena. As a Coro fellow I consulted for six drastically different organizations -- Code for America, Stifel Investment Bank, Campaign for Female Education, United Educators of San Francisco, and Dalberg Development Advisors. Between projects, I participated (and led) focus weeks exploring topics like innovation, social entrepreneurship, agriculture, and communications. Coro focuses on professional leadership development, but it's also a chance for intense personal and interpersonal growth, developing a high level of emotional intelligence. The introspectiveness and self-awareness I practiced in Coro has made me a more adaptable, thoughtful, and strategic leader.

Lead and executed the strategy on Camfed's peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives, which is expected to bring in a several hundred thousand dollars for the organization this year. Created a comprehensive strategy for Camfed's business partnerships and expectations for cause-marketing promotions. Led collaboration with the legal and public relations teams while developing and implementing this strategy.

I worked at CfA as one of my CORO Fellowship 6-week long placements. At CfA I focused on helping the organization plan their strategic entry into the health and human services sector of government. In particular, I: - wrote a 15 page research brief on health and human services nationwide - created a 10 page guidebook for new health-focused fellows in Long Beach, CA - helped organize human services referral companies and government agencies into collective action - worked with a fellowship team on their app sustainability - designed an 6 page PDF for potential funders and city officials on the fellowship - assisted with CfA's annual summit, giving feedback on session submissions, organizing submissions, and critiquing ideas
