Joined SmartIT (now dba Onebridge) to help give direct focus to the Anthem account through the Managed Talent Services program. Majority of placements were healthcare experienced Business Analysts, Project Managers, BI Developers/Analysts and Data Analysts. While Anthem was my top priority, I have also had successful placements at CareSource, Eli Lilly, Zimmer Biomet, IU Health, State of Indiana, DXC/Gainwell, and Deloitte. Recognized by the company through awards including Star Performance in 2017, Results Values Award in 2018 and Recruiting Excellence in 2019 for exceeding 1-million-dollar goal. In September 2022 was notified that my role as a Senior IT is eliminated due to the unexpected changes within the business.

The leadership, recruiting and sales team from RGA joined a new IT Staffing startup called Central Point Partners. I was hired to nurture myexisting client relationships, recruit for my key accounts and generate new business. After moving to Carmel, Indiana in March of 2016 was focused on establishing new accounts. In 2016 the company emphasized that my only focus should be on driving new business, therefore decided to leave the company for a recruiting opportunity with SmartIT (dba Onebridge).

Role with RGA began as a Senior IT Recruiter to enhance recruiting in the Wells Fargo vendor program. Utilized business contacts to bring in several profitable accounts thatled to significant revenue. Due to the special nature of the client’s requirements, hired a Junior Recruiter to function as my daily recruiting partner as well as trained to provide company-wide IT recruiting. In 2013, I was promoted to function on the client side, and establish relationships with Wells Fargo managers primarily in the Minneapolis area. Performed extensive research on the groups, tools, and hiring trends to build trust with the management and proactively secured candidates for upcoming client needs. Embraced and championed utilizing database for candidate contact and establishing new candidates for our company nationwide.

Hired to launch the Phoenix operation to maximize Wells Fargo vendorship. Since EDI was new to Arizona, the majority of WFB placements were made through the vendor-managed system process, which was highly competitive. My focus was on consulting, direct hires, and contract - to – hire positions. Majority of contractors ended up converting at Wells Fargo. After a few years, successfully placed enough candidates to warrant the need to hire and train several Recruiting Assistants to keep up with the demand for new candidates and provide the best level of service to our consultants. Developed recruiting strategies and procedures that complemented our business goals. Through strong network of contacts and other research would uncover job leads throughout the Phoenix and San Francisco areas.

Hired initially as an Administrative Assistant then quickly assisted as a Recruiting Coordinator. Under guidance of an excellent Branch Manager, was trained as an IT Recruiter to anticipate the needs of our clients. Known for having prequalified candidates ready for when our client needed technical talent be available at a moment’s notice for contract to hire or even short-term projects. Majority of placements were for Charles Schwab, SRP (electric utility company) and Qwest (now CenturyLink). Out performed in number of placements and margin all other recruiters who had started before me or after I was hired. Due to economic downturn in the fall of 2001 there was a lot of uncertainly of the stability of the company. The Branch Manager and I made the decision accept an offer to join Executive Direction together to launch the Phoenix location.
