Known for having prequalified candidates ready for when our client needed technical talent be available at a moment’s notice for contract to hire or even short-term projects. Majority of placements were for Charles Schwab, SRP (electric utility company) and Qwest (now CenturyLink). Out performed in number of placements and margin all other recruiters who had started before me or after I was hired. Due to economic downturn in the fall of 2001 there was a lot of uncertainly of the stability of the company. The Branch Manager and I made the decision accept an offer to join Executive Direction together to launch the Phoenix location.
