I currently teach yoga classes privately and at Yoga Home in York, Pa. I practice and teach gentle to vigorous hatha/vinyasa yoga with a focus on removing physical and energetic blocks and cultivating inner awareness and balance. I graduated from the Yoga Path in January 2010 and am registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level. I also recieved a certificate in reiki and energy therapy from the Pennsylvania School of Spiritual Healing in Spring Grove, Pa in 2006. I write, record, and perform original music with my band, Megan and The Wheelmen, in the central Pa area. I plan on opening my own yoga studio/arts center in downtown York, PA!
