As a Mass Communication and Media Studies major at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University, I am eager to apply my communication, interpersonal, and new media skills to a career in sports media. I have a strong interest in the field, having completed a four-month internship with the Florida Collegiate Summer League, where I performed daily gameday operations, represented the team at events, secured partnerships with local businesses, created promotional materials, and assisted with running the team's social media.I am also currently working as a Merchandise Host at Walt Disney World, where I provide exceptional guest services, cash handling and sorting, merchandise presentation and stocking, and prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service. I have received 25+ "Four Keys" cards from managers, coworkers, and guests for my excellent guest service, and I have gained valuable experience in delivering guest service in a Fortune 100 company, serving a diverse guest base in a high-capacity location, and partnering with multiple departments to ensure quality. I am motivated by challenging myself, learning new skills, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
