- Manage ~40,000 square feet of greenhouse space across 3 locations to support Dicot R0, R1 and R2 Biotech Pipeline; coordinated major facility upgrades and repairs- Managed team in a complex pipeline production environment with an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement- Developed novel plant handling approach to improve flexibility, reduce ergonomic impact and resourcing inputs, and increase usable capacity in the greenhouses (gained ~20% more usable space)- Responsible for leading Dicot Transition team during Biotech site consolidation in 2015-2016

- Deliver early pipeline soy and cotton seed to field and greenhouse nurseries in support of Biotech Project Teams (Ag Traits, Yield Traits, Microbial Traits)- Successfully coordinated and delivered annual PDW/Commercial runs for multiple Biotech soy and cotton projects- Managed 26,000 square feet of greenhouse space supporting R0 and R1 Dicot Plant Production Pipeline- Maintain compliance with all BPDs and quality management requirements (ISO 2015 Standards)- Promote accountability and solid understanding of team goals/deliverables through monthly reviews of KPIs and metrics- Support team productivity by supporting inventory management and supplies while maintaining cost control- Coach and develop employees to meet high performance standards and focus on mutual understanding of goals to create high level of motivation

- Lead classroom and outdoor session on teambuilding, orienteering, survival skills, tree and animal identification and winter sports to groups varied in age from Kindergarten through Elderhostel.
