As a Merchandise Performance Analyst I am responsible for developing and preparing materials for analysis and coordinate with stakeholders to assess and evaluate results. I provide data and analytical modeling for development of product and business strategy and look for opportunities to develop and improve business processes.

As a portfolio manager I was responsible for managing the project pipeline and reviewing portfolio resource capacity for current and potential projects. In order to do this effectively I partnered with the account director and functional managers to drive weekly and monthly resource forecasting activity for the portfolio. Daily re-leveling of projects based on capacity and priority is a must and I thrived in a fast paced environment. Through an understanding of portfolio deliverables and client needs I identified resource risks and gaps and worked to resolve these with account services, functional managers and the account director. As a business analyst I acted as the technical liaise between the Account Executive, vendors and project team throughout the intake/scoping, requirements definition, design and delivery of complex or new-to-the-agency projects. This was an exciting role as I participated in determining project scopes and worked with a wide variety of functional areas from all levels of the organization to elicit and document project objectives and requirements. I facilitated requirements sessions, and created requirements documents, user stories, workflow diagrams, and use cases to assist team members in completing projects that meet initial objectives. Communication and problem solving are elements that are critical to project success and used my communication and problem solving skills daily while working with a great team to reach all project objectives and solutions in the context of available technology and marketing goals and objectives.
