Participate as a research assistant in the HER Salt Lake HER Stories project by coordinating and conducting interviews with participants, qualitative analysis including coding and review, and summarizing findings.

-Worked as a federal employee for the Utah Department of Health Violence and Injury Prevention.-Received training from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to better contribute to the field of public health.-Participated in prescription drug overdose prevention activities for the state of Utah.-Abstracted data related to prescription drug overdose and worked with the National Violent Death Reporting System to track incidents of accidental overdoses.-Provided support to the suicide prevention efforts by participating in the Utah Suicide Prevention Coalition.-Provided content input for the Healthy Relationships Toolkit, a resource for educators to implement sexual violence and dating violence prevention activities with youth.-Created content for data publications by the Violence and Injury Prevention Program.
