Virtual Training Experience Coordinator
Current• Coordinate Goodwill University virtual training programs and workshops by providing logistical support• Facilitate and manage the program application process, schedule participants, provide access to virtual training materials, respond to virtual training participant questions, coordinate room and equipment preparation, and provide technical support as needed• Administer required online assessments as prescribed for each program and communicate results to students• Generate and analyze reports to monitor student progress on a weekly basis and communicate updates to students, instructors, coaches, and/or manager as required by each program• Maintain calendar of events for all virtual programming and communicate any changes to ensure all Goodwill communication channels have the most updated information• Assist Goodwill University team members with the creation of training materials and the implementation of the full cycle learning experience for virtual programs• Collaborate with the Marketing team around website and social media communications• Update student accounts in the Learning Management System (LMS) to include registration, assessment scores, progress updates, completion, and certifications• Support major functionalities of the LMS such as adding/deleting/modifying courses listed in the LMS, managing rosters, and providing administrative support
