CurrentReconcile and balance all customer accounts and pipeline readings across multiple software platforms.Calculate monthly prices using market, consumption, and pipeline data. Invoice customers on calculated data.Implement, maintain and improve processes, while utilizing systems to ensure the timely and accurate completion of enrollment, billing, contracts, collections, remittance, tax, and/or fulfillment activities for customers Direct Energy Businesses Services across Canada. Maintain customer accounts, ledgers, contracts, amendments, and support business development staff.Ensure the timely and accurate completion of enrollment, billing, remittance, tax, and/or fulfillment activities for business to business natural gas customers across Canada. Communicate with vendors and business customers on accounts.Generate routine, KPIs, and ad hoc reports, using them to drive results and performance. Calculate monthly prices using market, consumption, and pipeline data. Develop and maintain billing databases and create and manage monthly invoices for all customers in the province of British Columbia.Track, investigate, and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and unapplied transactions including updating models and reports on the aging status of accounts. Reconcile bank statements against multiple software platformsComplete internal and external audits, fulfill requests for cost summary, usage, tax, and additional accounting reports and provide MS Access and SAP support to co-workers.
