Directed the university's alumni relations program for over 130,000 alumni. Managed a team of engagement specialists to provide strategic outreach, communications, digital marketing, and high-value programs and services for career, networking and affinity groups. Provided meaningful ways to engage and opportunities to connect constituent resources to strengthen institutional impact. Create strategic recognition and stewardship programs and produce high-impact events to build and shape alumni and donor partnerships with the university. Optimized systems to identify, engage and steward university constituents, affinity networks and campus departments to support the university.

Served on the Public Science Center’s senior leadership team representing external constituent engagement and internal leadership development. Initiated partnerships with campus, corporate, and social service agencies to build volunteer resource capacity and membership. Increased membership base, exceeded revenue targets and quadrupled volunteer participation. Produced high quality marketing campaigns and collateral materials and leveraged new digital marketing technology, including e-marketing, CRM systems, and social media platforms to optimize reach, acquisition, and sales goals.
