Administrative Assistant supports the management team, but specifically the managing partner of the agency. The qualified candidate has to work well in a team-environment while providing total support to the executives (and their teams as needed) in all aspects of their role. The assistant must be capable of interacting and effectively working with senior executives, team members within the department, with employees throughout New York Life, as well as with external business partners/contacts. The primary responsibilities are to maintain the overall support of the executives, including high volume phone coverage, complex business calendar and correspondence in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate meetings/events, conferences, conference calls and travel arrangements with high attention to detail and follow-up. All office events are planned, negotiated and produced by the assistant. Provide status on all projects and handle expense reports, tracking and reporting for the executives and department as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations. Coordinate all document tracking and retention while ensuring their accessibility. Liaise within the department, across the organization and with external partners/vendors/associations. The primary focus of a student representative in the Office of Transfer Admissions is to stay in touch with each student that is interested in or preparing to come to Olivet. The student worker also conducts campus tours and keeps all records in an excel spreadsheet in an organized manner.

Cabin Counselors share the responsibility for special needs campers’ well-being and provide positive role modeling for daily living skills and participation in all activities for the special needs campers. The Cabin Counselor is also responsible for managing the cabin for safety and cleanliness and creating a warm, harmonious cabin environment, working cooperatively with other members of camp community.
