I made the jump from politics to restaurants, which turned out to be not much of a jump after all. After streamlining the systems at Root Down, I jumped into project management, development and branding for the opening of Linger, Root Down DIA, Ophelia's, Vital Root, and most recently El Five. As Director of Operations, I am responsible for ensuring, evolving and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of Edible Beats. I also direct our community outreach, branding and marketing efforts.I am an insightful, fierce and graceful leader with an innate ability to problem solve, and evolve business and culture. I have an in depth knowledge of the inner workings of business from beginning to thriving; including but not limited to HR, Design & Brand Management, Operations, Leadership Development & Financials.
