Approached by McKeever's Enterprises in 2018, to consult on a new grocery store concept - McKeever's Market and Eatery. From bakery concepting, design, product development and team development, the majority of my time was spent forecasting the potential profitability of this concept. My proudest accomplishment was in designing and implementing the centerpiece gourmet dessert display counter, which proved successful in increasing total bakery sales. This concept was so successful that many competitors quickly adopted the idea.

Watching trends following the COVID lockdown, I saw an opportunity to evolve my business to meet the needs of my community. Royal Ink Cookie Kits was created to bring families together, through a creative and delicious outlet. Through the power of social marketing, my pet project quickly became a go-to marketing tool for many industries, including real estate, education, and healthcare. My expertise in data analytics and organizational management helped me to maximize my production and profitability.After a successful career in the cake decorating industry, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to open my own cake business. For four years, my analytics approach to business was very successful. As a business owner, my focus was to maximize profitability by managing profit/loss, social marketing, and all the while, creating beautifully delicious cakes that my customers loved. Through hard work and consistency, my clientele grew from close friends and family, to a network of more than 500. This growth helped my business to see a 300% revenue increase in the first 3 years.
