Solely responsible for the Human Resource functions of all Livery Companies (Limousine Livery, Livery Tours, Livery Car, Joieful), totaling 150+ employees, including: Strategic planning, organizational development, recruitment and staffing, training, benefits administration, Employee Relations, Management Development, and Performance Management and Payroll.

Originally hired as third party Human Resource Generalist for Delta's client, Limousine Livery, Ltd. Worked closely with over twenty clients by regularly attending client meetings regarding current Human Resource related needs, expectations, employee relations, etc.

-Recruited, managed and engaged volunteer committee to ensure DetermiNation program in New Orleans reached all goals in its first year as a destination event; Recruited, mentored and supported 260 athlete participants by providing regular training sessions and clinics on running/walking, fundraising and proper nutrition-Trained staff in markets outside of New Orleans on best practices for DetermiNation program, working with State Vice Presidents, Executive Directors and field staff throughout our six state division.-Worked closely with National ACS staff to ensure DetermiNation program for the Rock’n’Roll Mardi Gras Marathon in 2011 upheld national standards for best practices, for a “best in class experience” for our athlete participants.
