About Megan Kielty-Corning

Global sales enablement leader with expertise in creating robust programs and curricula that build leaders. Currently working as a Senior Sales Enablement Manager at Betterment.I am a forward thinking, strategic, positivity focused educator. I spent 3 years at Sprinklr after making the jump into the tech world from higher education. In those 3 years I focused on two areas: 1) reinforcement trainings (daily enablement sessions centered around upskilling members of the revenue organization, a weekly sales podcast series to highlight BIG sales wins through the CoM lens & the development of educational sessions at our Annual Sales Kick-Off (ASKO)) and 2) leading our global onboarding strategy & execution of new Sprinklrites in the revenue organization (sales, presales, customer success and inside sales). My work in onboarding, leadership training and event coordination started via my early career in higher education. There I worked to on-board over 15,000 students, lead 2,000+ participants through leadership development workshops, trainings and coaching sessions with full end-to-end management of programs. I executed small and large scale events University wide. In my last role as a Director, I oversaw a team of 25 and was responsible for over 700+ events per year! I completed my CliftonStrengths certification in 2015 and am trained to run coaching sessions and host workshops utilizing the CliftonStrengths assessment. No matter the setting, a signature element of all of my programs, meetings and events are laughter and positivity. :-)My specialty areas include: sales enablement, global onboarding, leadership development, end-to-end program management, curricula building, adult learning, training development, program management, learning management systems (LMS), program assessment, event management, student development, career development, employee relations and the CliftonStrengths assessment.CliftonStrengths: Arranger - Responsibility - Strategic - Relator - Positivity
