Utilizing CharacterWorks software, I design broadcast graphics for our live stream productions of events, primarily in the cycling industry.

Technical Communications: Responsible for producing press releases for multiple professional sporting events throughout the calendar year. Conducts interviews with key personnel, professional athletes and subject media experts to produce sponsorship packages. Plans/executes online delivery of company messaging, promotional efforts, and fan/customer-centric information to meet calendar-driven goals.Social Media: Tasked with establishing and growing social media efforts across entire organizational footprint. Integrates Twitter and Facebook streams into online media platforms and coordinates social media strategies with partner organizations, sports teams, and media outlets.Production: Coordinates local and national media outreach strategies. Responsible for collecting and disseminating video and photographic materials for both promotional and archival purposes.

Transcriptionist: Transcribed ad-hoc audio dictation for various industries, from financial data and medical logs to personal diaries. Performed quality assurance tasks proofing and editing peer output. Responsible for training/onboarding new personnel.

Served as primary communicator to the public and Athens-Clarke County (A-CC) by providing activity, historical, service and program information, serving as receptionist, scheduling and leading group tours. Served as a liaison between community agencies and presenters, and media outlets as needed or requested. Served as box office manager for computerized and hard ticket sales for all Morton Theatre events and as an agent for limited sales by facility users.

Helped manage the day-to-day operations of the theatre. Assisted in the technical aspect of theatrical productions. Managed summer theatre day camp. Acted as publicity coordinator for many productions by performing tasks such as creating media packets for television, radio, newspapers and magazines, coordinating ticket giveaways and interviews with local radio stations, scheduling photo sessions and interviews for magazines and newspapers and designing all visual products such as posters, programs, flyers and tickets.

Assisted in the day-to-day operations of the park such as answering the phones, monitoring the front desk, directing visitors to proper staff, scheduling and confirming shelter rentals and registering children for summer camp.
