I am responsible for teaching basic skills including letters, numbers, literature and behavioral skills to children in the kindergarten phase to advance their physical, mental, and social development and maximize their potential in a positive and safe and positive environment.

I am responsible for planning practices and clinics for athletes of all different ages and skill levels. I help prepare athletes for competition through physical and mental preparation on and off the court.

I am responsible for planning skill enriching, competitive practices for athletes of all age ranges to prepare them for success in games and competition. I coordinate all travel, tournaments, and practices for all teams in the club and am in charge of supervising all teams while traveling and at tournaments. I also have the duty of communicating with parents on schedules and updates.

I am responsible for hiring and training new coaches to the club. I oversee all coaches during camps, clinics and throughout the season. I collect all monthly payments from the athletes, and I am responsible for collecting all revenue brought in from open gyms, camps, and clinics. I create monthly budgets which include coach stipends, travel costs, and gym rental fees and report the club's monthly income/spending to my superiors.

I was responsible for planning practices, camps and clinics. I assisted the head coach in preparing the team for competition through helping in practice and scouting opponents. I helped oversee the team while traveling to other local schools and on out of state competitions.
