I am currently a Research Portfolio Manager in Discovery Research at Wellcome managing a diverse research portfolio and providing strategy recommendations and implementation for engagement, growth, and development.I am a multi-award-winning space scientist, and I am passionate about access, inclusion, and communication in science and mathematics. I have developed teaching and outreach activities and resources for various ages and backgrounds. I completed my PhD in the group for Space Weather and Plasmas at the Centre for Geophysical and Astrophysical Fluid Dynamics, Solar-Terrestrial Plasmas and Space Weather at the University of Exeter. My thesis explored using in-situ and remote sensing data to explore Coronal Mass Ejections.I have experience using various tools and data sets, primarily in IDL and MatLab with a working proficiency in Python.In 2022-23 I chaired the Royal Astronomical Society's Early Career Network, working to create more inclusive, peer-led environments in astronomy and geophysics.
